Education Qualification of Home Guards

As on (01-01-2020):  The educational qualification of the candidates should have passed the educational qualification intermediate (10+2) for the post of a soldier in Bihar Home Defense Corps on 1 January 2020.

As many as 301 posts for constable posts in Bihar Giri Raksha Vahini Service cadre are for Home Guard candidates and 250 posts for general candidates including Non-Home Guard, hence the total number of vacancies is 551, whose details are given below. (बिहार गिरी रक्षा वाहिनी सेवा संवर्ग में सिपाही पद हेतु क्रमसा 301 पद गृह रक्षक अभ्यर्थियों के लिए एवं 250 पद आम अभ्यर्थियों गैर गृह रक्षक सहित के लिए है अतः रिक्तियों की कुल संख्या 551 है जिसका विवरण नीचे दिया गया है)

अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग पिछड़ा वर्ग, आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग एवं अनारक्षित (सामान्य) वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र का मूल्य ₹450  तथा अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र का मूल्य ₹112 रखा गया है जिसे आप Online पेमेंट कर सकते हैं जैसे नेट बैंकिंग क्रेडिट कार्ड/डेबिट कार्ड

Selection Process

1st Stage: The Process of Selection will is in two stages. The written test will be in the first phase. The syllabus of the written test can be downloaded from below. The lining of the written examination will be of intermediate level of the Bihar School Examination Board and the questions will be of Objective type. The written examination is of 100 marks. A total of 100 questions are asked in a question paper of 2 hours in which 1 mark is awarded for each correct answer.

Physical Criteria

2nd Stage: दूसरे चरण में शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा होता है जिनमें दौर महिला एवं पुरुष दोनों के लिए गोला फेक ऊंची कूद, शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा कुल 100 अंकों की होती है जिसमें दौर 50 अंक का और गोला फेक 25 अंक का ऊँची कूद  25 अंक का

गोला फेक (Male):  16 पाउंड का गोला 16 फीट फेकना होता है

गोला फेक (Female):  12 पाउंड का गोला 12 फीट फेकना होता है
