Role Description

3. Develop solutions based on technical specifications provided.
4. Adhere to coding standards and performance measures set by the organization.
5. Participate in trainings and focus on self-improvement.
6. Be willing to travel as per business requirements.
7. Work in various shifts to meet project needs.

Skills and Experience Required

Required Technical/Functional Competencies

1. Basic knowledge of project documentation such as BBP, Solution Design, and Test Scripts.
2. Ability to extract functional and non-functional requirements.
3. Knowledge of customers’ business domains and technology.
4. Proficiency in unit testing, comparison testing, and defect management.
5. Familiarity with creating test cases and automation test scripts.

Required Behavioral Competencies
