- 2 The application forms will be accepted online in the prescribed form and the application received after the due date will not be considered for this by visiting the website www.health.bih.nic.in and uploading it from 10:00 AM to 4-11-2019 PM and 12:00 PM to 15-11- 2019. Applicants can submit the ID after filling the form completely as per the instructions given on the website.
- 3 After submitting the Online application, the applicant will necessarily submit the email form printout of the application along with all the certified copy of all the certificates and No Objection Certificate at the time of counseling.
- 4 आवेदन पत्र विभीत प्रपत्र में ऑनलाइन स्वीकार किए जाएंगे तथा निर्धारित तिथि के बाद प्राप्त आवेदन पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा दिनांक 4 अक्टूबर 2019 पूर्वाहन 10:00 बजे से दिनांक 15 अक्टूबर 2019 के अपराहन 12:00 बजे तक अपलोड किया जा सकता है आवेदक वेबसाइट www.health.bih.nic.in पर दिए गए निर्देश के अनुसार आईडी जनरेट करने के उपरांत फॉर्म पूरी तरह भरकर सबमिट करेंगे
- 5 आवेदक ऑनलाइन आवेदन समर्पित करने के पश्चात आवेदन का ईमेल फॉर्म प्रिंट आउट के साथ सभी प्रमाणपत्रों की सभी प्रमाणित प्रति एवं अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र काउंसलिंग के समय अनिवार्य रूप से प्रस्तुत करेंगे
