Target(लक्ष्य )
The target of this scheme will be flexible as per the requirement. As many eligible students who are willing to avail the benefit of this scheme will be given the benefit of 50000.In the upcoming financial year 2018 19, 75000 in the financial year 2019-20 and 1,00000 estimated students in the financial year 2020. The plan is expected to provide benefits.

इस योजना का लक्ष्य आवश्यकता के अनुसार लचीला होगा जितने पात्र विद्यार्थी इस योजना के लाभ हेतु इच्छुक होंगे उतने विद्यार्थियों को इसका लाभ दिया जाएगा |
आगामी वित्तीय वर्ष 2018 19 में 50000 वित्तीय वर्ष 2019 20 में 75000 एवं वित्तीय वर्ष 2020 में एक लाख अनुमानित विद्यार्थियों को इस योजना का लाभ उपलब्ध कराने का प्रारंभिक अनुमान है |

Plan eligibility
Under this scheme, students who are residents of Bihar state, Bihar State Insurance
5. States who have passed 12th standard and are desirous of getting loan for higher education will be provided education loan through Bihar State Education Financial Corporation.
1. The student has been enrolled for higher education or selected for enrollment in an educational institution recognized by the relevant regulatory agency of Bihar and other state or central government.
2. This loan similar courses of education can be offered for various vocational and technical courses. The list of syllabus is mentioned in Annex 3, in which new courses will be added or deleted as per requirement by the Department of Education from time to time.
3. Under this scheme, students who have passed the examination for 12th or equivalent course from recognized institutes of the state of Bihar
And the students from the border state of Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal or from the board (tenth twelfth polytechnic) of the bordering blocks of the border districts of Bihar state, the native students of Bihar state can also be given the benefit of this scheme.
4. In case the applicant stays in the hostel, the amount will be made available to the applicant’s educational institution.
In case of stay in educational institute hostels, details of the standard prescribed for the classified cities will be provided at the prescribed rate for the student, in addition to other expenses.
And according to the need of living, education department can increase.
5. The applicant should not be more than 25 years of age on the date of application to get the benefit of this scheme.
The maximum age limit will be 30 years for such courses of postgraduate level in which the minimum educational qualification for admission is passed graduation.
6. If the applicant has a degree degree management, then the same level degree will not be covered under this scheme
When the provision does not apply to technical or managerial courses.
For example, a person with a Bachelor of Science degree will not be given the benefit of this scheme for any other Faculty of Art Science or for graduate level education, but the applicant holding an MBA qualification with Bachelor of Science or Commerce qualification under the scheme. Terrorist eligibility will remain.
7. Rinki balance will not be provided to the institute or student if the beneficiary leaves the middle of the study for any reason.
That is, under this scheme, the next installment of education loan will be made available to the student only if he is studying in their respective institute course.
योजना के पात्रता
इस योजना के तहत बिहार राज्य के निवासी वैसे विद्यार्थी जिन्होंने बिहार राज्य बीमा वर्ती
5.राज्यों के 12वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण की हो तथा उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्ति हेतु ऋण के लिए इच्छुक हो उन्हें बिहार राज्य शिक्षा वित्तीय निगम के माध्यम से शिक्षा ऋण उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा इसके लिए अनिवार्य है |
1. विद्यार्थी द्वारा बिहार एवं अन्य राज्य या केंद्र सरकार के संबंधित नियामक एजेंसी द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षण संस्थान में उच्च शिक्षा हेतु नामांकन लिया गया हो या नामांकन के लिए चयनित हो |
2. यह Loan शिक्षा के समान पाठ्यक्रम विभिन्न व्यवसायिक एवं तकनीकी पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए दी जा सकेगी पाठ्यक्रम की सूची अनुलग्नक 3 में अंकित है जिसमें समय-समय पर शिक्षा विभाग के द्वारा आवश्यकता अनुसार संशोधित कर नए पाठ्यक्रमों को शामिल या विलोपित किया जाएगा |
3. इस योजना के अंतर्गत बिहार राज्य के मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थानों से 12वीं अथवा समतुल्य पाठ्यक्रम के लिए परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थी
तथा बिहार राज्य के सीमावर्ती जिलों के सीमावर्ती प्रखंडों के सीमावर्ती राज्य तथा झारखंड उत्तर प्रदेश एवं पश्चिम बंगाल के विद्यार्थी या बोर्ड से (दसवीं बारहवीं पॉलिटेक्निक )विद्यार्थी , बिहार राज्य के मूल निवासी विद्यार्थियों को भी इस योजना का लाभ दिया जा सकेगा |
4. आवेदक विद्यार्थी के हॉस्टल में रहने की स्थिति में आवेदक के शैक्षणिक संस्थान को राशि उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी |
शिक्षण संस्थान हॉस्टल में रहने की स्थिति में विद्यार्थी के लिए इसके अतिरिक्त अन्य खर्च के लिए अनुसार वर्गीकृत शहरों के लिए निर्धारित किए गए मानक का विवरण निर्धारित दर पर उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी |
एवं जीवन यापन की आवश्यकता अनुसार शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा वृद्धि की जा सकेगी |
5.इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए आवेदन करने की तिथि को आवेदक की आयु 25 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए
|स्नाकोत्तर स्तर के वैसे निर्धारित पाठ्यक्रम जिनमें नामांकन हेतु न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता स्नातक उत्तीर्ण है के लिए अधिकतम उम्र सीमा 30 वर्ष होगी |
6. यदि आवेदक के पास एक स्तर की उपाधि प्रबंध है तो उसी स्तर की उपाधि के लिए इस योजना अंतर्गत आच्छादन नहीं किया जाएगा
जब प्रावधान तकनीकी अथवा प्रबंधकीय पाठ्यक्रमों पर लागू नहीं होगा |
उदाहरण स्वरुप विज्ञान में स्नातक की उपाधि प्राप्त व्यक्ति को पुनः आर्ट साइंस के किसी अन्य फैकल्टी में अथवा स्नातक स्तर की शिक्षा हेतु इस योजना का लाभ नहीं दिया जाएगा परंतु विज्ञान कला अथवा वाणिज्य में स्नातक योग्यता धारी आवेदक को एमबीए एमसीए इत्यादि करने के लिए योजना अंतर्गत आतंकी पात्रता रहेगी |
7. लाभार्थी के द्वारा पढ़ाई को किसी भी कारण से बीच में छोड़ने पर रिंकी शेष राशि संस्थान या विद्यार्थी को उपलब्ध नहीं कराई जाएगी |
अर्थात इस योजना के अंतर्गत विद्यार्थी को शिक्षा ऋण की अगली किस्त उनके संबंधित संस्थान पाठ्यक्रम में अध्ययनरत रहने की स्थिति में ही उपलब्ध कराई जा सकेगी |

आवेदन की प्रक्रिया इस योजना का लाभ लेने हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्राप्त किए जाएंगे कोई भी इच्छुक विद्यार्थी जो बारहवीं कक्षा पॉलिटेक्निक पाठ्यक्रम के लिए 10 उत्तीर्ण हो तथा इस योजना के लिए पात्रता रखता हो वह ऑनलाइन पोर्टल अथवा मोबाइल ऐप के माध्यम से अपना आवेदन ऑनलाइन समर्पित कर सकता है |
